The 39,000-square-foot public plaza at First Street and Potomac Avenue, SE on the Anacostia River, just across from Nationals Park - was named in memory of Diamond Teague, a young DC resident devoted to environmental justice and community service. His life was cut short in a heartbreaking tragedy.
